Terms of service
These terms govern the use of ShotSheets. By using the site you accept the conditions below; if you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
The service
ShotSheets is a free tool that turns a photo and its EXIF data into a shareable card, entirely in your browser. The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors.
Acceptable use
You may use ShotSheets for lawful personal and professional purposes. You agree not to use it for illegal content, to infringe third-party rights (including copyright and image rights) or to attempt to compromise the site or other users.
Ownership of your content
Your photos and text remain yours: we acquire no rights over them and never even receive them, because they stay on your device. The ShotSheets name, logo, code and design remain the property of their respective owners. Third-party brand and product names are used for descriptive purposes only.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. You are responsible for the photos you import and the cards you export.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service, including loss of data or content.
Third-party links and services
The site may contain links to third-party services (Ko-fi, Instagram, Product Hunt, OpenStreetMap). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or policies.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date below.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of the country of the controller named in the privacy notice. For consumers, the jurisdiction of their place of residence or domicile remains unaffected.
